Shipping Policy

How long is the shipping time?

-Please allow 1-3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. The U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS with an average transit time of 2-3 business days.

-There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, COVID, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Will I receive a tracking number?

-We provide a tracking number for every order that is completed through production and is shipped out. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products. You can go HERE to track your package.

My product was received damaged.

-We do make sure to pack our products safely and securely with extra padding, but if your item is damaged you may do the following:

*Send Order Number

*A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we will be happy to send out another product FREE of charge.

How do I cancel my order?

We do charge a 30% cancellation fee for products ONLY if the customer cancels within 2 days of ordering. After the 2 day expiration; the order can not be canceled.
